Muff Road Trip - Day 1 - Sligo

We arrived in Ireland about 11am and immediately started heading over to the West Coast to Sligo. On arrival we found a statue of a woman which was meant to represent the anguish of the sea farers wife. She turned out to be Ecke's long lost love, and Si took a sneaky peak under her skirt.

We pitched our tents on the edge of a small cliff over looking the Atlantic, with nothing to stop the wind. While some of us were at the Take Away we got a call off Ryan to say the big Tent was blowing away. A quick trip back later and we positioned the Bus between the wind and the tent to act as a windbreak and then tucked into our Chinese.

After tea, we decided to take a walk down to the Beach and for some silly reason me & Kyle dared each other to see who could get into the sea first, and what ensued was a race down the beach into the ice cold water! Kyle got his head under first so won!
